Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Orange County, California to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the carrier, the destination, and the size and weight of your order. We ship by UPS and FedEx, and the available services and rates are shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right. For lost shipments, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
