Our quoting process

01 Step 1

Send us a list.

To streamline the quoting process, you can submit your existing product list as a spreadsheet, printed document, or screenshot from your current procurement or supplier system.

02 Step 2

A rep matches the SKUs.

A representative matches your SKUs to our catalog and provides a standing quote within one business day when items are in stock. If substitutions are necessary, we'll review the options with you upon request.

03 Step 3

Sign, set up billing, ship.

Once the quote is approved and billing is established, your first order moves directly into fulfillment. Ongoing reorders can be submitted through your account dashboard or handled directly through your dedicated account representative.

We believe long-term partnerships are built on the right operational fit — not high-pressure sales tactics. Our role is to help determine the right solution for your workflow.

For your procurement team

Frequently asked by procurement teams.

Do you require a minimum order to qualify?
No. We set up wholesale accounts for shops as small as one-person operations and as large as multi-thousand-location chains. If you order over $500 a month, the tiered pricing kicks in. Smaller orders are welcome, just at standard pricing.
Can we get your national-account pricing?
Our national accounts operate under their own contract terms, though our standard pricing tiers follow the same volume-based model — larger orders receive lower per-unit pricing. For high-volume purchasing, our team can build a customized tier to fit your operational needs.
How do PO workflows work?
Net 30 billing with PO upload at checkout. Quarterly statements for simplified accounting. Compatible with most ERP systems used by AP departments, with personalized support from your account representative.
Can we test a trimmer before standardizing on it?
Yes. We send out demo units for evaluation. Standard policy is two weeks, returnable if the unit does not fit your workflow, with a small restocking fee that we waive if you place a wholesale order.
Are blade and parts pricing included in the wholesale tier?
Yes. All cutter heads, blades, and replacement parts align with the same tiered pricing structure as the trimmers, with the full catalog included in the pricing program.
